We had an excellent experience working with Ms. Thomas as our realtor. She was professional, knowledgeable, and very diligent throughout the entire home-buying process. One thing that really stood out to us was that Shantrece has a staff that is just as dedicated and attentive as she is. Her entire team worked hard to make sure everything went smoothly and that any potential issues were addressed ahead of time. She did a great job keeping us informed about things that could possibly come up during the process so that we could be prepared and address them before they became problems. She also worked extremely well with our lender and mortgage broker. We did not use a mortgage broker that she was already accustomed to working with, so we especially appreciated her willingness to work with our team and make sure everyone stayed on the same page. That made a big difference in keeping the process moving smoothly. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our experience. We are absolutely loving our new home and are grateful to Shantrece and her team for helping make the process such a positive one. We look forward to working with her again in the future and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated realtor!
